Interesting what can be found in the back of old Albums

The photo album of an ex KOSB had these in the back of the album. Before going to the KOSB he had been in the Royal Artillery and I assume it was from this time that these originated.

Eddie, that pin does not look as if it is designed for an Agal. The pin is almost horizontal, which would make it very difficult to pin through both ropes of the Agal.

Mmm. Top half does not seem to match with bottom half. Top half - fine detail and well made. Bottom half - crude and looks to have been brazed on at a later date.

I have been sent these pictures by a Rifle Club who found the badge amongst their records. The badge is brass and measures 10 cm by 5.5 cm. You will notice that the "Honi Soit..." is not centred...
