First, Why RED wings when the RE wore normal colour wings? These look to be either Kings Royal Rifles (I think that is right) or 2nd KEO Gurkha...

A individual member of the Squadron may have qualified and served with the SAS and returned to parent unit after so could be entitled to wear the wings.
Also they may have been 21 or 23 SAS in TA...
