3rd Australia shoulder title?

Hi all
I saw a pair of blackened curved Australia shoulder title with '3rd' attached above centrally. The '3rd' was small. The ticket attributed these to the 3rd battalion AIF ww1.

Hi
Can any one point me in the direction of info on details of totals of men in each reinforcement draft that New Zealand sent during ww1?

I believe there are modern fakes of Newfoundland badges doing the rounds on eBay. The sellers other CEF badge were modern fakes...
