Stumbled on this recently but don't have a clue what it is.

It is cap badge size & is Scully Montreal marked on the back.

I found another reference that lists it as the "Canadian Armoured Fighting Vehicle Training Center".

EDIT: On closer inspection, the Training badge has a different "Tank" depicted.
