As you say the Cross of Burgundy with the parachute is the Parachute Brigade (BRIPAC).

Most of the others are from the Spanish Legion (Legión Española)....

It's one of the CEP CCFs. The school wants its own badge but I suspect costs may play a part. I'll let you know what the outcome is and whether it makes it to production or not.

I had understood these Bns had adopted new hackles as part of their new "Regimental identity".

In the case of 6 SCOTS this was a grey hackle and for 7 SCOTS a purple hackle.
