I can't imagine anybody bronzing a gilded badge? :confused:
My thought would be that the slidered badges may have been made for pagri's in India. Possible bronzed later to dull them on the outbreak...

The 2 'shoulder eagles' are actually 'Preliminary Flying Badges'. I think these are for flight trained cadets or something like that. Not sure what the actual use is, maybe somebody else can explain....

Is this good or bad please? It was fairly cheap so no drama if it is a dud, but I tried to look at others to compare it and couldn't see any dramatic reason not to take a chance.

Can somebody ID this Gurkha badge please, it seems to be unmarked silver, so maybe an officer's pugri badge? It is about 40mm x 32mm.
