To be honest, Leigh I wasnt sure about the packet wording either. Odd thing for a 'badge' - unless it was a generic stores label to avoid wartime waste?

Genst, can anyone put a rough date on the attached RAF signallers badge please. Its fairly large and came in this marvellous wax paper packet marked 'NOT TO BE OPENED UNTIL REQUIRED FOR USE'
