The Inneskilling is a bit of a mystery as it's an incorrect spelling. It also comes with a slider. I have seen it attributed to an OTC unit but have not seen any evidence to back the attribution up.

It's odd that as a WW1 veteran he is not wearing any medal ribbons which would be worn in 1920.

Being single metal it's hard to be definitive. Both are wells truck so if they are fakes then the are very good ones. I would not...

The IT/ET spelling was used interchangeably until 1926 when the IT was settled on..

The design changed until 1934 when the scrolls were removed so it pre-dates that.

The MPSC wore the smaller ones. They were also used by others including Barrack Wardens.

he is not an engineer. I suspect it is not a Regular Army uniform but a Victorian era civilian organisation of some type.

1900 is the correct one.
