The STAR badge could also be HQ Divisional Ordnance.
This badge had the vertical seam whereas the Artillery HQ badges (5,6,7 Regts.) had a horizontal seam to divide the blue and red fields.

Interesting Commando title

Does anyone have any thoughts on this title?
It is white on blue.
The fabric is woven rather than felt.
Most likely WW2 period but any other information would be much appericated.
Thanks
