The first is an NCO's arm badge of both the 1st Royal dragoons and the 15th Hussars and 15th/19th Hussars. The Kings Crown being worn post 1953 also as it is a 'Kings' Regiment.

Authorised on 7.5.1943.

Never seen or heard of the 'Master' version....
