It has signs of a fake.

The piece of metal not removed at the end of the wreath and footed lugs, hidden under the silvering.

The silvering may just be a con to hide the errors.

Wound stripes but no medal ribbons? Unlikely.

LF shoulder titles totally in compatable with the tunic.
