It is the badge of the Belgian ww2 resistance group "Partizanen leger" or in French "armée partisans"
Normally worn on a white or blue armband.

I believe these are Belgian made, ligt purple indicates 'General staff'. But like with other colour combinations there is a very thin line between Belgian and British made strips.

The 125th LAA was under command of the 76th Anti -Aircraft Brigade. I can't find a specific formation sign for that Brigade.

Could it be possible they were wearing the AA command formation sign?

Hoping to Identify the regiment

Hi,

I received this photo taken in my home town during.
1944 or 1945 with British or Canadian soldiers on it

I can see they are wearing the Tam 'O' Shanter so a regiment with Scottish roots....
