They look a bit small and flat for police helmet roses - I do need a chromed police helmet top rose, screw fitting rather than lugged I think, to put on the remnants of an old Noddy helmet.

Whilst not suggesting that these medal ribbons are original to the BD, I do have original, brooch mounted ribbons including strips of mixed British and Polish ribbons to WWII Polish servicemen.
