They seem to be individually numbered too, by the looks.

Just a quick question regarding the 3rd/4th Cavalry Regiment...

Wiki says that it was absorbed by 2nd Cavalry Regiment in 2014 and in 2017 it is was renamed B Squadron, 3rd/4th Cavalry...
