Wessex Wyvern South West District or 43rd Brigade?

Is it possible to determine whether this badge is that of South West District or of 43rd Brigade please?
Presumably it's of too recent manufacture to be 43rd Division but could just be a fake 43rd...

Stringed Bugle Black Embroidered on Green Felt.

Can anyone identify this badge please?
Black thread with siver detail on reen felt, backed with black velcro, it measures about 55mm high by 58mm wide.

Northern Ireland District Crown and Harp - Manufacturer's Variations?

I've always been happy enough that the larger of these two badges is genuine, but the recently acquired smaller one - just a lesser quality more recent production or an out and out fake?
