Staistically this should be a very rare badge as it was only worn for 4 years from 1898-02 and then the regt returned to UK and swopped their slouch hats for badgeless pill boxes until they adopted...

I remain unconvinced that the ORs badges were struck in any volume or at all. Interstingly the NAM states that the single scroll badge was the regts' cap badge from 1898 to 1922.
