I found that the second one is Fofar militia, the forth and fifth are fifeshire militia. I still haven't found anything on the third one. Any help would be appreciated!!!

Hi, would anyone know the approximate dated for this button. It only has an A on the back, no other back marks. It's 17.5mm. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Here's a scan of the cypher. It looks like a VR to me know that I look closer. Would anyone have approx. dates for this. I know Queen Victoria's reign was 1837-1897.
