The DCLI OR collars were unchanged until the regiments demise in 1959, so really there is no way to be sure if WW1 or 2.

As an aside, I am of the opinion that there is no such thing as a SNO or officer badge in this case...

The MGC is a collar badge. Sometimes OSD badges did not get a dark bronzing finish to them for some reason. The solid backed RAMC is an officer OSD collar, the other stamped one is an OR collar.

RIF as mentioned. Whatever these badges were, that one looks to be bad. I have one and it is a much cleaner strike with old lugs.
