Here's a few badges I picked up at a show here a few months back. Opinions on authenticity? Most I fell fairly good about, but some I do wonder on (like 33rd Indian Corps...)

This one has me baffled. Akin to a Cameron Highlanders badge, but smaller (I'm guessing a collar badge). St. Andrew in centre, thistle spray to right, maple leaves to left. Scroll at bottom reads...

The 7/9th Bn and 8th Bn Royal Scots did wear a tartan backing (Hunting Stewart) in the 1939-45 War. Maybe not a completely universal practice within the units, but still very commonly seen.

Actually, Fraser Hunting was worn by the Lovat Scouts...

Murray Tullibardine was worn by pipers of the Scottish Horse; the rest of the Regiment was entitled to Murray of Atholl.
