I don't think to many but all done around the 1970's and 1980's and reflect both WWI and WWII South African Badges. Those that come up repeatedly (especially on a well known internet auction site)...

Just a gut feel but that looks like a made up uniform. The South Africa arm title is definitely out of place on that uniform. I hope you did not pay too much for it.
