I have had a look at my metal SW diver badge and it is made by FIRMIN. The SW would need some work to remove it as it looks like it would not just snap off.

The Royal Engineers still wear the Diver's and Diver SW (shallow water) badges but it tends to be the cloth version and now the FAD badge. Some other units, I believe, also wear the Diver shallow...
