I am sure whether the Royal Lancers OR badge is cloth and metal combination. Saw this one as 17th/21st Queens Royal Lancers (which it is not).

I can't identify the item, card of some type, but the Australian Army has no official colour - just Corps and unit colours. Army Headquarters colour patch is blue and red.
