Circular plaid brooch with central Jewel is possibly worn by the senior piper(s) or the Pipe Major. The other as in posts 1 and 2 is a Tara brooch.

I believe the formation title ‘Field Army’ was introduced in late 2015 and was previously ‘Land Forces’. Not sure if the badge carried forward.
