horrible cast copy, but how old?

I bought this very cheap a few months back and I know it is a cast copy and appears to have been cast using a broken badge for the mould, but how old is it likely to be, is the enigma of it.

in answer to my own question, I believe they were all published in a book that came in both english and welsh versions. I have the welsh version but I have no idea where it is currently located.
