Great observation!
Quite possible a slider removed variant badge.
I have not seen any more such examples with a double table so it is hard to tell.

Looks like a variant of a Grenadier Guards Grenade Fired Proper with 17 flame points.
Not sure if it is Canadian pre 1914 or British Indian.... any help would be appreciated.

Reverse has no maker...

It is a Pre 1914 Grenadier Guards style.
Not sure if it is Canadian, British Indian , or Artillery....
