1st. Canadian Division Officers collar

Hi Gents,
Picked this up at the weekend. I'm hoping it's an Officers collar badge (33x 26mm) to the Ist Canadian Div 3rd Machine Gun Coy.
Previous owner may well have given it a bit of a polishing...
