Well I guess it could be Israeli. Appears very stylized....The star or Magen David is 6 pointed.....with a tower in the background. The tower is used on IDF border guard insignia.. Nothing definite...

Force Publique Belgian Congo

A photo print I had made off of a colorized glass slide. This would be pre 1900. At some point in the early 1900's the Local Force Publique uniforms went to a khaki color.

French Forces in the Levant

A pair of insignia which turned up recently. From my initial research these appear to be French Levant Forces. Possibly WW2 era Vichy France in Lebanon.

The shoulder scroll translates to roughly...
