District/Divisional ARP Warden rank indicator armlet?

Around 15 years ago, these tie-back armlets were doing the rounds at fairs and on ebay - some may remember them/have one in their collection.

They purport to be a district/divisional rank...

Unknown .M.P.M. ARP badge?

Picked up this simple but quite nice ARP badge this morning.

No maker's mark to rear but there is a same design but red/white .M.P.M. FW badge on p.80 of Jon's excellent Doing Their Bit book.
