I use zippy bags and cedar wood balls for berets and side caps.

For forage/dress/service dress caps I place cedar balls inside the sweatband, those not on display are in large sealed tubs.

North Stafford in AA by Gaunt London. it seems to have been used with a patch of card behind the knot to imitate the holland cloth backing, though it does appear to be cloth on card.
