Jimmy is facing as he would if it was a blazer badge. I would agree that it is unlikely to be a Regular RSIGNALS bandmaster. I think it's either a TA jacket with the owner making up his own design...

Can't say I have ever seen cadets in red tunics. There are a few with No1 dress blues for certain appointments but otherwise it's MTP.

The BW badge in brass was not worn by the Scottish regiment but by a Canadian Regiment. It appears to be one of theirs and is probably worth more than a normal white metal one.

It's likely that a faker used an existing fake Royal Dragoons lion die and had a new MFP scroll made for it to fill a gap in the market.
