There was me thinking it was a genuine 3rd/4th CLY badge with the wm CLY replaced with a wm 4. That 4 is badly off-centre which is why I thought that.

Pedant alert!!. The correct title was 3rd East Anglian Regiment, a single battalion regiment. They were, of course, to become 3rd Battalion, Royal Anglian Regiment in 1964.
