K.R.R.C Officers cap badge

Hi Gents,
This is appears to be a K.C Officers badge to the K.R.R.C 44 mm tall with Tel El Kebir battle honour.
A well made badge of which I have doubts about ( would expect to see blades...

Just received this London Scottish title made by F.Narborough Birmingham.

This cap star may well have been cold enamelled...
