It is a collar badge for the Queen's Westminster & Civil Service Rifles. It's post amalgamation hence the 2 devices of the 16th and 15th Battalions of the London Regiment.

I can't find the last auction that it was in but I think Bosley's sold one a couple of years ago. I would add that their OTC badge consultant is often incorrect in some of their IDs.
