You may well be on to something here with Tudor Crown and cypher but I must admit from a stylistic point of view I find the St Edward’s Crown more appealing than the Tudor one.

I think the badge marked Frontier Forces in pic 1 might be The Muscat Regiment - I believe that the FF has a bugle at its centre.
