Looking again I think it may be 5th as the scroll does not have the drop down scroll ends of the 3rd.

When dogs are donated for service they can come with 'baggage' which is often reason for donation. In my day of RAFP training its own dogs as well as customs dogs and USAF dogs it was one handler one...
