Another oddity?

Looking closely it is possibly made from an NCOs...
Looking closely it is possibly made from an NCOs gun right arm badge (hence the stubs of loops E-W) with the upper scroll and crown and the lower scroll from a 'normal' gm badge very carefully brazed...
