It is my understanding that during the time frame from '91 to '95, the 5DG did not yet wear collar badges nor NCO arm badges. The shoulder straps would have had embroidered 5 over DG on them....

I have had this kit to an RSM of the "Dubs" for some time now. It is of course entirely the same as the officers with the exception of the crown on the lower left sleeve in lieu of shoulder cords....

They are all typical officer/snco badges, all being fully cast in two parts. Some of this badges can be found partially cast with just the stag being so, the wreath die struck per this example....
