That is a good one, but impossible to date. Private purchase could have been for officers but OR's as well.

Do note that the sellers feedback is poor, so buyers protection may not apply.

I should have been more precise: they are best to be avoided if you are relative new to collecting badges. After a while you will notice that experience will make you confident enough to buy badges...

As a rule of thumb, such badges are best avoided. But various original examples exist: Reconnaissance Corps shoulder title, War Correspondents cap badge, 2nd Glider Pilot wings, 43rd Wessex Infantry...

I believe attached insignia were all made by the same company as the cherry type Pegasus.
