It looks like somebody has used an old ribbon of the IYLSM, a sort of beige-yellow colour, or the pale greyish-blue one of the Militia LSM. Hard to tell really though.

The IGSM(1909) medal ribbon indicates inter-war service so I doubt it. I don't think the last ribbon is that of the SCLSM anyway.
