I think it's 2nd Prince of Wales Volunteer Battalion Devonshire Regiment.
It's in Churchill's book which I haven't got to hand.

I think also there is an 'I' under his MGC title, meaning 'Infantry'.
Also it would have been the General service button on his service dress.
