Yes there would be POW feathers above the scroll, seems as if the 1st Glamorgan RV did like their feathers as the HP has them in place of the of QVC...

Thought would copy/scan this Form of Justice's Certificate parchment (unfortunately glued to a sheet of paper), measures 8.5" x 7".
