Tasmanian Rangers Badges

G'day All,
Here is a pic of the first pattern Tasmanian Rangers badge, introduced in 1903, also the second pattern.

Yes BC, they are definitely rosettes, can't see the hat badges so I just assumed they were the Tasmanian Rangers badge. In the first pic only two are wearing collar badges but they are different...
