The button certainly has some age to it,and the Coat of Arms looks very much like that shown on the Royal Thai Police web page.

This unidentified button came with a large lot of military items acquired recently.
It's a good quality S/P mounted button,about 23 mm. I don't think it is a UK military item,however the back mark...

It's slightly larger,so I'm hoping this one is a proper FSC badge, and not a collar.
To be honest,I'm a bit disappointed the RB...

Here's a Beds Yeo badge with different fixings.
These are N/ S placed"Tombstone " type lugs, sometimes found on cast or Bazaar badges,though this one is die stamped,and looks to be well made apart...

Victorian Rifle Brigade button.

A Victorian era silver plated button of The Rifle Brigade, with a
Guelphic crown.A recent acquisition,and not a version I've come across before.
I think the the back mark dates it to the 1870's.
