I have never seen this badge as all GM, the PRI bought ones are bi metal, I think it must be a copy, fake or fantasy, perhaps all 3!

Agreed, the pennant is the same as the 15th/19th, it's also REME colours, I think though, REME had two lots of red.
Maybe the pennants came from an RAC collector.

Sorry, just to clarify, the symbol on the RAC pennant is the ATDU symbol. It would have been the sales team that would have used the pennant.
