Yes, Royal Berkshire Regiment looks to be spot on. Did have this as possible, but was not quite sure.

Any ideas on the first one?

I would be most grateful if anyone can shed light on the regiments of the gents in the attached photos...

I am particularly interested in the first two. Presumably the third is KRRC or a Light...
