Thank you. So the ACF poster is incorrectly showing 43 Wessex Brigade which was the point of my initial at post number 3.

Also 42 Infantry Brigade no longer exists!

Excellent graphics. However, the subordination probably needs checking to take account of Army 2020 reorganisation as for example 43 Wessex Brigade became 1 Artillery Brigade in December 2014.

I do not have an example but the WESSEX REGT title appears in a number of 1950s and 1960s films including Private’s Progress and Blue Murder at St Trinians.
