HOME GUARD PATCH

Can any of the Home Guard experts ID this patch and give some history please?
I have only seen one other and that is owned by a forum member.
It is paper backed and is 70mm x 40mm.

I think they are 25 Armoured Engineer Brigade. Possibly a Canadian unit attached to this Brigade?? I do not have either of these in my collection as yet, still looking for one.
