Is this a military badge, as it seems to show a tracked rocket launcher?
It came from France, and I wonder whether it is for some artillery training centre?
Again, any comments would be useful.

Is this the standard French Navy Commando arm badge, or is it worn by any particular unit?
I have assumed it is French, but it could be from another Francophone country, I suppose.
Any info welcome.
