Been in contact with the school, got this reply.
"I've had a look into this for you and can confirm that the badge one the left is the Officer Training Corps badge which was worn on their caps....

Some brass letter's and number for identification. The number 10 is 18mm high x 21mm wide. Its about 2mm thick, slightly thicker than most shoulder titles, may not be a title at all?. The W or M? ...
