there are at least three versions of the DEMS...

there are at least three versions of the DEMS badge..I'll upload the ones I have.
These were used by the RE bomb disposal teams. No longer used.

The Div Sign is a sort of Delhi one but different to the war time one; I would suggest that the blouse, although war time, has been re-used by the Indian or Pakistani army post 1947 (independance)....
